Lisa was born and raised in New Jersey then moved to North Carolina to pursue an undergraduate and Master’s degree in Marine Biology. She then moved to Connecticut in 1991 where she obtained a PhD in (animal) Nutrition from UCONN and worked at Mystic Aquarium for 21 years. She has taught Jazzercise for 10 years, Country Dance for 8 years and been a massage therapist for 9 years. Her love of health, fitness and most of all FUN has lead her to pull all three businesses together under one roof. On the side she also teaches Anatomy & Physiology and Nutrition at 2 community colleges.
Linna is a southern girl by birth; a Tennessee native who has lived in Connecticut since 1993 where she has raised her children and watched them grow up into amazing young adults. Along with motherhood, she has worked as a registered nurse for the last 25 years. She started Jazzercising in 2010 and Country Dancing in 2013, both of which she loves.
