Yoga Bliss- Sundays 10 AM

All levels yoga class, focused on linking breath with movement and skillful application of Universal Principles of Alignment® and the exploration of your own heart’s intention, experience the art/science of yoga and open to your own greatest potential, to the flow of Grace. This practice will help strengthen the body and increase flexibility while creating space and peace within. Ending the class with relaxation and a short meditation.

Bring a water and Yoga mat. Yoga Block highly recommended for beginners but not required. Dress in layers. Arrive 5 mins Early. All Levels welcome 🙏.
