Fitness Open House Week at Dance Country

Monday Sept 6th through Sunday Sept 12th

Monday Labor Day Class- 9AM.  Jazzercise team taught class! 

  • Kick things off with a high energy team taught Jazzercise Class. Current music and routines that you can easily follow.  Work at your own level, high or low impact, we will show both options.  Meet some of the instructors after class and socialize with new and old friends.  Enjoy a hot breakfast sandwich and some juice.

Tuesday and Thursday- 9AM. Evolve fitness with Mellisa!

  • A heart pumping low impact workout to great music. Feel free to make yours high impact by adding the jump back in.  Snacks and socializing with friends at the picnic tables after class.

Wednesday and Friday- 9AM.  Jazzercise with Missy!

  • Always an awesome way to start off your day with this high intensity workout. Remember you can always make your low impact by just taking the jumping out.  The music and the people make the hour fly by.  Stick around to socialize with old friends and meet some new ones after class and enjoy a snack too..

Tuesday and Thursday 4:45.  Jazzercise with Holly (Tuesday) and Shari (Thursday)!

  • Pump it up with Shari on Thursday evening with lots of new routines. We always encourage you to work at your  own level and will show you options.  Get to meet our new Tuesday instructor, Holly, on Tuesday.  I heard from a reliable source that she loves to shimmy and shake it up (FYI Yevette… you might have some competition).  Snacks and a chance to meet and great after both classes

Saturday 8AM Jazzercise team taught class

  • What better way to finish up the week than with another team taught class. Get your workout in early and energize the rest of your day.  Of course you can stick around a bit afterwards and enjoy company and snacks.

Sunday 10AM Yoga Bliss with Cassie. 

  • Just when you thought we were done. Whether you consider this  the end of a long week or a fresh start to a new one…. You don’t want to miss trying this class.  A whole mind/body workout to bring your back into balance.  Never tried yoga? Now is your chance.  Cassie will make sure to give you options if you are new to this.  Talk with new and old friends afterwards with some fresh fruit snacks.
