Commit to be fit …. with a friend (co- worker, significant other, teen, parent, sibling or anyone who wants to be challenged) for this unique partner based workout. This will be challenging. You will feel it the next day but stick it out and reap the benefits! Strengthen, lengthen and tone that body in these 4 thirty minute sessions. Note- some sessions will include hand held weights, exercise tubes or balls.
